The group offers various formats designed primarily, but not uniquely, for early-career researchers. Key activities include an annual conference, peer-to-peer advising between doctoral students and postdocs, a writing week, and various networking opportunities that have gained a following beyond the HU Berlin itself. Participants also have the chance to contribute to this volume.
